DVP’s restaurant committee decided on the theme, “20 under $20,” or 20 restaurants offering a special deal that features local fare for $20 or less.

“Agriculture is and has always been at the heart of Ventura and this event helps celebrate the efforts of our local restaurants to feature local ingredients in their yummy creations. Whether you get out and try something new or take comfort in an all-time favorite, take pride in supporting this delicious community event,” said Visit Ventura President & CEO Marlyss Auster.

Restaurant Week goers encouraged to get social to win a $50 gift certificate to a participating restaurant. For a chance to win, visitors should post about their experience using the hashtag #VenturaEats, and tagging @DowntownVentura. A winner will be randomly selected on January 30, 2017.
