This season share a little bit of the holiday magic by giving an unwrapped toy to the “Spark of Love” Toy Drive, dedicated to brightening the Christmas mornings of less fortunate children throughout the Southland.

Sponsored in large part by Southern California Fire Fighters, ABC7, and Target, the Spark of Love Toy Drive invites Oxnard and Camarillo residents to donate an unwrapped toy for children ages one through eighteen at drop-off boxes located throughout the city.

This year drop-off boxes will be placed at each of the seven Oxnard Fire Stations, the human resources office of the City Manager’s Building, and the Main and South Branch Oxnard Libraries, where they will remain from November 12 through December 24.

In addition according to the Ventura County Fire Department, new, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at any of the 32 VCFD stations or at the Fire Administration building at the Camarillo Airport.
