Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park will have something for the entire family this New Year’s Eve as it opens at 10am on December 31st and stays open until 1am on New Years Day.
With a variety of dance music, a family friendly comedian magician, Clueless Remix Featuring DJ Reesso and a trip back to the ‘70’s with Elton John – The Early Years. All this plus Knott’s rides, attractions and a Midnight Mayhem Fireworks Show in Calico Square will make Knott’s New Year’s Eve celebration the place to ring in 2013.

Kenny Metcalf is the embodiment of superstar Elton John as he effortlessly channels Elton’s voice and extraordinary piano playing. The show “Elton- The Early Years” will transport guests back to the Troubadour Club in 1970 as Kenny performs such hits as Crocodile Rock, Benny & The Jets, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road and many, many more.
Guests can put on their dancing shoes and get on the dance floor as Knott’s rolls out not one, but two dance parties in the park. The evening will include salsa instruction in Knott’s Fiesta Plaza and line dancing in Knott’s Wilderness Dance Hall. The evening will also include a live performance by the popular band Clueless Remix Featuring DJ Resso in Calico Square!
The whole family will enjoy a special performance of Snoopy on Ice and family- friendly comedian magician, Dana Daniels, as he combines magic, improvisation and impeccable comic timing to the stage. Uproarious laughter will ensue.
In addition, Camp Snoopy will be open with rides and shows for the young and the young at heart including “Happy New Year Charlie Brown!” at the Camp Snoopy Theatre where Charlie Brown and the rest of the Peanuts gang will ring in the New Year with song, dance and some fun audience participation!
Also, “Snoopy’s Magical Nights of Lights” features thousands of beautiful lights and holiday music starting at dusk till 1 am. When the clock strikes twelve, the skies above Calico Square will be ablaze with color as Knott’s rings in the New Year with a Midnight Mayhem Fireworks Show.

Knott’s New Year’s Eve Celebration is included with regular daytime admission. Park hours are 10 am to 1 am. Tickets for kids start at $25.99 and adults $35-38.
