Please join us this Sunday, November 4th from 10am to 3pm at Camarillo Community Center Park as the Camarillo Public Library hosts the Children's Multicultural Bookfest. A FREE event for children and their families. This event is designed to promote early literacy, and will include various story areas where children can sit and listen to stories from some wonderful children's authors.

ENTERTAINMENT
Join the fun as Kindermusik with Katie performs and shares her love of music with the audience.
Children can to read to volunteers from the Camarillo Library’s PAWs program. Girls Scouts & others will also read aloud to children from a variety of books. Community businesses including Macaroni Kid Camarillo Oxnard Ventura, and Mrs. Figs Bookworm will be particpating in this fun family event.The Camarillo Police Department will offer families a “Kids Prints” service.

Encouraging all children and their families to read early, aloud and often, First 5 Ventura County and its partners First 5 Pleasant Valley Neighborhood for Learning (PVNfL), the Camarillo Public Library, the John Spoor Broome Library at CSU Channel Islands, and Pleasant Valley School District are partnering up for this fun family event.
