What You Need:
- Hard Boiled Eggs, a dozen
- Mayonaise
- Black Olives
- Carrots
- Hard Boil and Peel A Dozen Eggs
- Cut in half once peeled and cooled.
- Scoop out the yolk centers into a bowl.
- Set aside the halved shells. Be careful-- they are delicate!
- Mix the yolk centers with mayonaise.
- Fill the halved eggs with the deviled egg yolk mix.
- Overfill it a bit.
- Cap the egg with the other half as the topper.
- Cut black olive for eyes and carrot for the beak.
