A Cute Appetizer for Easter

What You Need:
  • Hard Boiled Eggs, a dozen
  • Mayonaise
  • Black Olives
  • Carrots
  1. Hard Boil and Peel A Dozen Eggs  
  2. Cut in half once peeled and cooled. 
  3. Scoop out the yolk centers into a bowl.
  4. Set aside the halved shells. Be careful-- they are delicate!
  5. Mix the yolk centers with mayonaise.
  6. Fill the halved eggs with the deviled egg yolk mix. 
  7. Overfill it a bit.  
  8. Cap the egg with the other half as the topper. 
  9. Cut black olive for eyes and carrot for the beak.
