The Upscale Ventura Kids Consignment Event in September will be held at the Ventura College Wright Event Center (4667 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA) on Sept. 12-15th and you still have time to sign up as a consignor at this event. The deadline to apply is September 8th.

Consignors can earn up to 70% of sales. This community service event allows family's to sell their top quality children’s clothing, newborn to juniors, shoes, baby equipment, all furniture, maternity wear, sporting goods and toys. Family's are then invited to purchase these top quality items for their children and home at a fraction of the retail cost, thus saving money.
The consignors and purchasers help to boost the local economy, as they have extra money to spend for back to school shopping, a family adventure or maybe a great birthday party. Plus by selling your top quality used clothing and toys, instead of buying new, we lower our carbon footprint by reusing, recycling and thus reducing!

But this event is not just about saving family's money, earning extra cash for family's and recycling, the Upscale Ventura Kids Consignment Event is also interested in supporting the community. This year they are partnering with FOOD Share, Ventura County's food bank to help them put food on Ventura County family's tables.

On Thursday, May 16th be the first people into the event by simply bringing three cans of food and you can get in a whole hour early. This opportunity to save big and get started shopping before anyone else is good only on opening day, September 12th at 4pm. At the end of the sale, consignors have the option to donate their unsold items to the Ventura Unified School District for children in need.

- Thursday, Sept. 12 : 5pm – 9pm (shop early! Bring 3 canned goods per person for local food pantry and shop at 4pm!)
- Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 : 10am – 7pm
- Saturday,Sept. 14, 2012: 10am – 4pm
- Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013: 1:00pm – 5:00pm (Many of our items will be 1/2 off, but it is totally up to the consignor if they discount)
