ALOHA BEACH FESTIVAL IS THIS WEEKEND

Join the Fun in Ventura at the 2013 Aloha Beach Festival on September 14th and 15th

The 2013 Aloha Beach Festival is this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, September 14th and 15th starting at 9 a.m. at Promenade Park/Surfer's Point  in conjunction with the C-St. Long Board Classic.

 The FREE Aloha Beach Festival will include Hawaiian dancers, outriggers, paddle board races, arts and craft vendors.  Other entertainment will include world class Frisbee dogs, and music from the Aloha Stage will feature Elevator Ska, Standing upright and Karma Cola. 

The Aloha Beach Festival is the brain child of “Chipper Bro” Bell and his wife Kelly with the purpose sharing the Spirit of Aloha while giving back to social and environmental non-profits. This year the beneficiary will be for the Ventura County American Red Cross.  


This festival will feature freestyle Frisbee and K9 Frisbee competitions. To enter the Frisbee competitions email aloha@alohabeachfestival.us

In addition the festival will include Classic Long Board Surfing contests, sign up at www.venturasurfclub.org.

Enter the outrigger canoe competitions in the Mondos to Pier Paddleboard race with a $30 per entry fee. Just arrive at Mondos by 12:45 pm to check in and warm up will be hosted by Ventura High School. For more race information please contact Kate Barkley (805) 823-3741 and enter HERE

  • 2:50-3:30 KA HALE HULA O PILIALOHAOKALANI O HILO (Kumu Hula Pilialoha from Port Hueneme)
  • 3:00 pm. to Sunset - Local Bands 
The Festival will also include local arts and crafts, food vendors and a beer garden.
