Easter candy is everywhere right now, and this is a delicious recipe for all of the holiday marshmallows the Easter Bunny will bring! It is also an easy treat so you can start celebrating Easter a little early with the kids.
What you need:
- 3 packs of Easter marshmallows in chocolate flavor (or for plain flavor, add chocolate syrup)
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream
What you do:
1. Toast marshmallows for 1-2 minutes in the oven set to broil.
2. Add milk, sour cream, ice cream, and 5 toasted marshmallows to the blender.
3. Blend well.
4. Garnish with whipped cream and another marshmallow.
