Macaroni KID Camarillo - Ventura - Oxnard is hoping to spread some extra Halloween cheer this year with our BOO Bags! But we need some local businesses in the area to help us make it a success. Join us for our very first BOO Bag event and let’s bring joy to a bunch of families in the area!
BOO Bags - What is it?
The idea of BOO Bags started during the pandemic as a way to celebrate Halloween after many communities had to cancel their activities and trick-or-treating. This holiday tradition is still a great way to share community family-fun and kids get really excited to find surprise treats on their doorstep. Macaroni KID Camarillo- Ventura- Oxnard will be delivering 100 free BOO Bags full of Halloween and Dia de los Muertos goodies, including materials from local businesses to families during the month of October. Those families are then tasked with BOOing 2-3 other families of their choosing, thus kickstarting a Halloween “pay-it-forward” community project.
BOO Bags will help spread your business message throughout the Camarillo, Ventura, and Oxnard area in a fun way! Your sponsorship dollars go towards supplies, items for each bag, time, & delivery of each bag.
Why Sponsor a BOO Bag?
Sponsoring a BOO Bag is a great way for local businesses to show community engagement and increase brand visibility and customer loyalty in a hyper-local and fun way. You can place coupons, allergy-friendly treats, gift cards, promotional items, toys, your merchandise, or swag items in the BOO Bags. You will need to supply 100 of whatever you choose to share.
Your business will also be added to our “You’ve Been BOO’ed” Sheet which goes into each bag. Those original families are then told to make a copy of our “You’ve Been BOO’ed” sign and to put them into new bags to share with 2-3 more families of their choosing. Our 100 families then turns into 200+ families and so on.
Your business will also receive 4+ weeks of promotions via our weekly e-newsletters during October and the recap article after the event (8,300+ subscribers will see your logo for 4+ weeks), your logo will be featured on the Macaroni KID Camarillo - Ventura - Oxnard website (4,500+ monthly views) and Macaroni KID Camarillo social media platforms (2,400+ followers).

Sponsorship Levels
Money goes directly towards items in each bag, materials, and time it takes to deliver.
Little Ghost Sponsor - $150 (10 slots available)
- Your business logo will be featured on the BOO Bag Sheet, the website, and tagged on our social media channels or anytime we talk about the BOO Bags.
- Each business must also supply 100 Objects to go into each bag. Objects from Sponsors must be allergy-friendly or non-food items.
Big BOO Title Sponsor - $300 (3 slots available)
- Your business will be considered a Premier Sponsor. Your logo will be given priority placement on the BOO Bag sheets, they will be 1st tagged on our social media posts or anytime we talk about the BOO Bags. Option to deliver up to 10 bags for photo opps, to share on your social media
- Two dedicated social media posts for your business (over $100 value)
- Featured article about your business on our website and in one weekly e-newsletter (over $200 value)
- Annual Business Directory Listing
- Each business must also supply 100 Objects to go into each bag. Objects from Sponsors must be allergy-friendly or non-food items.
BOO BAG CONTENT - $75
You may add items to each bag which can include a coupon/business card. You must supply 100 Objects to go into each bag (these cannot be food related items). Your logo will not be included on the BOO Bag sheet or tagged in social media posts.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The BOO Bags will be delivered to families the first weeks of October, so any items you provide for the bag will need to be supplied no later than September 30th. Sponsorship opportunities are first-come, first served.
