**Life as a circus momma** may sound magical, but at its heart, it’s surprisingly relatable. Like any parent, I juggle feeding the family, keeping the toddler out of chaos, refereeing sibling squabbles, and reminding kids to put down devices. The twist? Our family does it all while traveling across the country with a circus. Our “home” moves from town to town, with a small trailer replacing a backyard and a community of performers taking the place of a neighborhood.
Our days orbit around the show, which becomes the rhythm of our lives. Performers and crew, who come from all over the world, form a community where everyone contributes— even the littlest ones. My toddler toddles around in a tiny costume, mimicking his Papa under the Big Top.
Backstage, life feels completely normal—a child building Lego towers, someone sneaking a nap, parents tidying up, or stepping in to settle a disagreement.
When the audience steps into our Big Top, we share more than a performance. We’re inviting them into our lives, our history, and our home. The magic isn’t just in the acrobatics or clowning; it’s in the sense of belonging and simplicity—a reminder to slow down, be present, and find beauty in the everyday chaos.
Under the Big Top’s canvas, we take people on a journey to a spellbinding realm far removed from the modern world. They feel the ground tremble as majestic horses thunder past, their strength and grace captivating. They marvel at awe-inspiring international acts that push the boundaries of human skill and artistry. Propelled by Nino, the clown who endearingly connects with audiences, no two performances are ever the same. In our 550-seat tent, no one sits more than 20 feet from the ring, creating an intimate, immersive experience—one shared from our family to yours.
