The public is invited to join more than 80 Ventura and Santa Barbara County businesses as they prepare for six-weeks of friendly competition in the City of Ventura’s 30th Annual Corporate Games, kicking off with opening ceremonies on Saturday, March 23, 2019, from 10 am-2 pm. Mayor Matt LaVere will officially open the games during the torch lighting ceremony at 11 am. This free event will take place at Community Park located at 901 S. Kimball Road, Ventura. The Corporate Games opening ceremonies will take it back 30 years and highlight its 2019 theme “Excellent Adventure” with a business and fitness fair from 10 am-2 pm which will include companies such as Active Spine and Sport, LA Fitness, Community Memorial Health System, American Heart Association and Ventura County Mobile Health. All fair vendors will provide free information and giveaways, while supplies last. The public is invited to stay and enjoy live music, dance performances, demonstrations, jolly jumpers, interactive games, arts and crafts, food trucks, and more. Come out and celebrate the Corporate Games opening ceremonies and torch lighting!
