What a great recipe for the fall! As an added bonus, it is quick and easy to make. So when you are craving the taste of pumpkin pie, take just a few minutes to whip up this treat.

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp. almond flour (you can also use oat flour)
- 2 tbsp. sugar (I used organic cane sugar)
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- whipped cream (add on top after cooled)
Directions:
STEP 1: Mix all ingredients together (I added the egg first and whisked is other ingredients)
STEP 2: Place in microwave-safe glass bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
STEP 3: Place in refrigerator for 1/2 - 1 hour until cooled or eat warm -- your preference.
STEP 4: Don’t forget the whipped cream before enjoying!
