Want to enjoy some delicious Greek food? Dance to some Greek Music? Celebrate the Greek culture with the music, food and excitement as Ventura County celebrates the 41st Annual Ventura County Greek Festival in Camarillo all weekend long from June 24-26

The festival always has lots of rides and events for kids of all ages featuring jumpers, slides, arts & crafts, delicious food, live music and dancing and lots of vendors.

LOCATED: The Festival is located in Camarillo Freedom Park, at the Camarillo Airport. The entrance is at 515 Eubanks St, Camarillo, CA 93010.

HOURS: The Festival will open on Friday, June 24: 5pm – 9pm; Saturday, June 25: 11am – 9pm; Sunday, June 26: 11am – 7pm. 

ADMISSION:  $5 per person or free with a raffle ticket purchase


You can use all credit cards and cash in the Giant Food Tent and also at each booth run by St. Demetrios throughout the Festival.  Most vendors will take credit cards as well.



FEATURING
  • DANCE: IVE Music provided by the Orange County Greek Orchestra; the “Olympians” will have you dancing like a Greek in no time.  Multiple youth and professional Greek Dance groups will tantalize you with their expertise and precision footwork, providing free dance lessons to help you feel a little “more Greek”.  Extended Hours on Friday and Saturday nights until Midnight will feature Greek DJ Pete Loukatos with his vintage Greek Music for dancing


  • MUSIC: Greek Dancing requires Greek Music!  This year’s Festival features The Olympians— with occasional guest drummer Father Gary.


  • THE FOOD: Enjoy authentic homemade Greek food: gyro, lamb, souvlaki, spanakopita, homemade Greek pastries, and MORE! Giant Food Tent combining the 3 former Restaurant, Salads, Appetizer and Main Courses that are Vegetarian and Meat selections all under one tent served A La Carte.  Almost 20 delicious offerings will be available.   Vegetarian and gluten-free Moussaka and Beef PastichioCasseroles; Greek Green Beans (8oz or 16oz), Rice Pilaf (8oz or 16oz), Macaroni & Cheese (8oz or 16oz), New Vegan Lemon-GarbanzoStew (8 oz or 16oz), hummus & tzatziki dips (8oz or 16oz); Horiatiki Village Greek Salad (small or large), Feta & Olives, vegetarian stuffed grape leaves; grilled meats on the BBQ include Lamb Chops,  Souvlaki Kebobs (Pork or Chicken Breast);Greek Village Fries & Seasoned Fried Calamari are all-time favorite for kids and adults.  Bone-In Chicken leg quarters will be cooked on the BBQ as well  .The Saganaki Fried Cheese and Loukanico Greek Sausage will be cooked and served from its own tent near the Main Stage.
    Additional food booths will also offer an all-time Greek favorite, The Gyros Pita.  Also available with Chicken or just vegetables; Greek Pastries(several styles of baklava, Greek cookies and cakes) lovingly baked by our Ladies & Gents; Loukoumathes delicious sweet donut holes; a Soft-ServeSundae, Sodas and Pagato (ice cream) stand; a truly Greek Coffee booth, the “Kefeneion” will feature Greek coffee, mochas and Nescafe Frappes; a Greek Taverna with Mythos Greek Beer, Greek Wines, Ouzo, & Metaxa Greek Brandy and new Specialty Cocktails


  • FAMILY FUN: Families will enjoy the new and revamped Kidz Zone with rides and activities and children’s fun foods and snacks.  Domino’s Pizza is providing Pizza by the Slice in the KidzZone.  Another FIRST this year is Camarillo-based “Macaroni Kid” bringing several new vendors like face painting, story time for kids, balloon art as well as all new Petting Zoo and Horse and Pony rides for kids and adults.
