The goal behind this program is that many of the children receive free lunches at their schools campuses during the school year, so the goal is to keep them eating well during the summer, too.

This program is part of the seamless summer meal program. It is a program that provides meals to children 1-18 years of age free of charge in low income areas. It is open to all community children.
