Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 1 C salted butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 packages Pop Rocks
- Vanilla frosting
- Sprinkles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Mix one egg yolk at a time and vanilla to batter
- Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt - mix well
- Add 1/2 of each package of Pop Rocks to batter - mix
- Using medium scoop, form balls and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Do NOT flatten dough
- Bake 12 minutes, cool completely
- Mix leftover Pop Rocks and sprinkles together.
- Frost cookies and dip them into Pop Rock/sprinkles mixture
