This weekend our local community experienced a personal tragedy. Three girls were hit by a drunk driver who hit them while they were walking to the beach at Silver Strand. Two of the girls were treated for minor injuries and are now home from the hospital, but the third and the youngest, is now at USC Children's Hospital because of complications from the accident.
Chick-fil-A in Oxnard wants to help and they have a fundraiser planned for Tuesday February 7th from 5pm to 8pm.The restaurant has graciously agreed to donate a percentage of ALL sales tomorrow night , including the drive-thru, to help the families of the children involved. In addition they will also be accepting cash donations at Chick-fil-A that evening.
