This week we were invited to attend  a fun event in Los Angeles put on by StubHub at the L.A. Grove. StubHub's Ticket Oak, a 25-foot tall talking tree, that stars in all the StubHub commercials and who was the star of this event.

StubHub  is an online marketplace owned by eBay, which provides services for buyers and sellers of tickets for sports, concerts, theater and other live entertainment events. Guests even had a chance to win tickets at this event.

The event was a promotional event to introduce the NEW StubHub Fan Rewards Loyalty Program called StubHub Fan Rewards. The free program, offers rewards everytime you buy or sell tickets on Stubhub. In addition anything you sell or buy has a money-back guarantee by StubHub. The fan rewards program is free to join and you can sign up online HERE and start earning rewards right away.

The 25-foot tall animatronic talking tree was definitely the highlight of this event, as he posed for pictures and gave away thousands of tickets and prizes to fans that signed up for StubHub's Fan Rewards. I was told by a publicist at the event that the Ticket Oak is actually a puppet that takes four people to control.

We also colored a bunch of ticket stubs as StubHub made a $5 donation for every ticket placed on their tree to Inner-City Arts, an LA-based organization that provides art education to students.
