Nickelodeon invites preschoolers to jam with Dora in the brand-new Dora the Explorer primetime special, " Dora Rocks !" premiering Monday, Jan. 14, at 7:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on your local Nick station. The half-hour adventure gives kids the opportunity to practice their musical skills and play interactive games learning geometry and catchy Spanish words and phrases.

In "Dora Rocks!" Benny is having a sing-along party but he forgot to send out the invitations. Dora and Boots must get the microphone to Benny's Barn to call their friends to the party! They rush down the Noisy River, create a rocky avalanche to cross the Rumble Rocks, and arrive at Benny's Barn to call everyone to the barn. Then Dora, dressed in her pop-star outfit, performs a special song with all her friends.
Parents are able to submit videos of their kids rocking out to the song from the special for a chance to see them in a music video on TV and on the website. Nickjr.com also features a brand new online game for kids, "Dora Rocks: A Sing-Along Party Game" and there will be a Dora fan club sweepstakes giving away the ultimate music party, plus other "Dora Rocks" prizes.
