Join the fun on Sunday June 8th from 10am to 5pm at the Knights of Columbus Council 5803 27th Annual Chili Cook-Off & Car Show at St Rose of Lima Church in Simi Valley.

Highlights:
- Great Live Bands & Entertainment: Caught Red Handed will be playing on the main stage and Local DJ, J. Perez will be entertaining the audience.

Admission is $6.00 for adults (seniors $5) and $3.00 for children (6-12). Active military free with ID. Chili tickets are 50 cents each. Overflow parking is across the street at Royal High School.
Chili Cook-Off
Cooks in this International Chili Society (ICS) sanctioned event will be competing for the coveted Best Chili award in addition, the first place winner will be eligible to compete in the World's Championship Chili Cook-Off regional semi-finals being held later this summer. The ICS competition winners will also receive, $500 for 1st Place, $250 for 2nd and $100 for 3rd. Our People's Choice Chili award will be $1,000 for 1st place, $500 for 2nd place and $250 for 3rd place. Returning this year is the very popular Best Restaurant Competition. Trophies will be awarded in all three categories.

Entrance requirements for ICS chili cooks is a minimum of 6 gallons of People's Choice Chili and in addition, ICS cooks will be charged a $50.00 fee if they are not ICS members. There is no fee if you only want to compete in the People's Choice Category, but a minimum of 6 gallons must be cooked. All winners of ICS sanctioned cook offs qualify to compete for cash prizes and awards at the World's Championship Chili Cook-off.
