The school is following the very strict guidelines from the CDC, Dept of Ed. and Public Health and all their healthy and safety recommendations. All CPMS staff wear scrubs, masks, gloves and clean and sanitize routinely throughout the day and as necessary to prevent the spread of germs.
A PROGRESSIVE MONTESSORI EDUCATION
The school follows the program and theories in childcare education of Maria Montessori giving children a solid educational foundation for a lifetime of creative thinking and learning. The program at CPMS works to balance an academic program with the Montessori philosophy of nuturing the "whole child," that encourages children to learn by doing in a curriculum geared to your childs specific age as well as their level of maturity.

THE MONTESSORI CURRICULUM
The four major areas in a Montessori environment are language, mathematics, sensorial, and practical life. Art and music are an integral part of each of these areas. CPMS Teachers foster independence by creating individualized learning experiences that is child centered as each child has their own personality and learning style. One of the key features at CPMS are long periods of uninterrupted time to work, “play,” thus building a solid foundation for a lifetime of creative thinking, concentration, and a love of learning.
